Held from Sunday through to Wednesday, our 3-Day Nature Cure Retreat inspires by healing through connecting with nature using your senses. The carefully selected dates coincide with the full moon phase and spring low tides to maximising the opportunities to explore the beach environment. Immerse yourself in nature to find balance, reduce stress and rejuvenate your connection with life while being hosted by our resident marine biologist.
